Honestly if I could I would add 0 star
Honestly if I could I would add 0 star. I'm disappointed by the way my complaint is being handled like an inconvenience, none of the promises made when I lodge my complaint have been fulfilled. Worse, the level of communication is non existent. The only time they bother to call you is when you do a follow up. I'm really not being difficult but it's been more than two months already. AT WHAT POINT IS MY COMPLAINT GOING TO TO BE RESOLVED?
