Refund

I placed an order using the self service machine, money was debited from my account but I never got a receipt for the transaction. Went to POS for assistance and they told me that they can’t find my order even after showing them the transaction on the banking app and statement. The manager is very rude and ***********! I had to pay TWICE! I want my refund!
