I went to McDonald’s Chris Hani Vosloorus the lady that was taking payment was not friendly at all with me, I placed my order paid and waited for it. While waiting I noticed that the lady cashier was friendly to all the other customers but what got to me was that the next lady that placed the same order as me who bought after me, she got her order before me the cashier only then noted that I came before her and hadn’t received my order and that’s when they did my order, there was no apology for that. As a customer I did not feel welcomed at this particular McDonald’s in Chris hani Mall. And that will be my last time being a customer at this branch. No customer service, no friendlyness.
