Store Manager Poor service = No happy meal No customer satisfaction

Bought 2x meals of Med BigMacs, one with Coke and the other with McFizz Lemon Litchi. The large Coke was just flat and hot as if it had been poured and sat there for hours. The teller Gugu, took it and told the manager who did not even bother to come and see the customer complaining. They made me wait for about 15 minutes for my drink only to be told the manager was too busy to attend to my complaint. Gugu said the manager told her to fix it because it had no carbonate water and CO2 in it. I told them to give me juice instead which i was willing to top up with only R5 but instead the manager's instructions were "Fix his Coke, the juice is expensive to give" I had to fight for it to be exchanged. I then waited for so long that I ate my food dry. My large Coke was later replaced with a small orange juice cup after I told them to cancel my order. The customer service was very poor and the manager is not for the customer's happy meals and customer satisfaction.
