Extremely rude patron McDonald's Cape Town station worker

My experience wasn't great at all I csne to collect my order and the staff were just about to close they didn't bother to help me with my order nor ask what I would like to order or how I am they were too busy striking up a long conversation while cleaning the store a lady there also took the time to swear at me in IsiXhosa for asking for help from them and she proceeded to take my food from in a fit of rage and had a attitude and cheeky Ness to her and her face shows it I only told her that I was unhappy with the level of service she had provided me and how I have been treated wouldn't recommend a takeaway or a sit in prefer a drive thru instead or call and collect option curbside for me.
