Incorrect order and wet food

I've placed an order on MR D. It was supposed to be two big Mac meals, one fries was stopped out for chillies cheese fries and a Happy meal (nuggets and corn. Our drinks were 2 cokes and one watermelon mc fizz.

Our drinks were flat, two meals never arrived and my son's meal was wet and incorrect - we received fries instead of corn.

I called and the service I received was putrid, Lilitha tried to replace my order, it was obviously too late but she advised she could get it delivered, she obviously couldn't and just offered a R50 coupon and a refund for my burgers only... disregarding the fact that my son's meal was wet.

All I wanted was for Mc Donald's to bring me edible food.
