McDonald's Belhar, Cape Town - very poor service

Shocking service from McDonald's Belhar. We had to wait for 12 minutes after we had already paid and this is not the first time. When I got to the window, there were no apologies, just a glum staff member that refused to answer me when I asked whether there was an issue. I was then asked to repeat my order and had to wait for another 3 minutes before our food arrived. Then had to wait again for the coffee to be made. When the coffee arrived, the two cups of coffee were handed to me. They were not in a holder and when the second cup was handed to me, the lid was not on properly, causing the cup to collapse and the boiling coffee to spill over my hand, my leg and the car. I now have 1st degree burns on my hand. The staff member simply turned around and walked away. Without sounding dramatic, it feels like the lid was left off intentionally in protest against my complaint of the poor service.
