Disrespectful has no regards at all
On Monday I bought the new wraps jalapeño flavour I actually bought a meal it was meant to be sit in but the person I was waiting for came before I could get my food so it was take away while I was waiting for my food a couple came there by the till to complain why their wrap was just a cabbage and strips and was so small on the picture it had tomato some sauce and lettuce the supervised or was it a manager laughed and said I'm sorry I got worried and said to him please don't make the same mistake on mine he giggled I was given my food then left imagine I was passing from Soweto going to North west Brits went to the car drove off haibo I sipped my coke was so hot no ice open my food the Jalapeño wrap has cabbage strips and drops of dressing it was so dry I couldn't taste the dressing what a disappointment while I was on my way lodged a complain on the app I received from the same manager saying that if it happens that I pass by fourways I must come get my wrap I told him I can't come all the way from spend my money my time to come collect a wrap that he knew he did not have all the ingredients but out of greed he sold to us without informing us and **** that is comes like that so I must spend money and my time to go collect a wrap that is nonsense he say their company policy says I must come collect from the store I bought from wow really

Honestly if I could I would add 0 star. I'm disappointed by the way my complaint is being handled like an inconvenience, none of the promises made when I lodge my complaint have been fulfilled. Worse, the level of communication is non existent. The only time they bother to call you is when you do a follow up. I'm really not being difficult but it's been more than two months already. AT WHAT POINT IS MY COMPLAINT GOING TO TO BE RESOLVED?

Honestly if I could I would add 0 star. I'm disappointed by the way my complaint is being handled like an inconvenience, none of the promises made when I lodge my complaint have been fulfilled. Worse, the level of communication is non existent. The only time they bother to call you is when you do a follow up. I'm really not being difficult but it's been more than two months already. AT WHAT POINT IS MY COMPLAINT GOING TO TO BE RESOLVED?
