Rude, Unhelpful and Uninterested in doing business.

Phoned Marie-Louise for a technical data sheet for DBP product, extremely rude and unhelpful individual. told me to look on the website (which only shows pricing), couldn't be bothered to get new business for the company - no work ethic, no people s****s. There are people out there looking for jobs, who would like to uplift the company and brand, who would like to further themselves with sales. Marie-louise is clearly not one of those people. Give the job to someone who won't hang up the phone on potential customers and ignore calls.
