Dismal service. no contact number. no reply to emails. no delivery of product

<p>I purchased 2 charging cables from them on the 26th April 2017 and the order went through, subsequently i was billed for the transaction.</p> <p>To date, the 29th of June 2017 i still have not received the chargers i paid for. They have no contact numbers, just a gmail email address which they barely ever tend to. At times it takes up to 5 days to get a response from them. In our communique on the 23rd of June 2017 i asked Mr Eng. Zubair about the whereabouts of my package and he(Mr Eng. Zubair) blatantly refused to take responsibility for the issue, instead he arrogantly blamed the south african post office for the poor service and literally the false advertising of his company.</p> <p>I have been patient for long enough with this company and have received no recourse at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help.</p>
