Customer Service in the Toilet from McCarthy Land Rover Westrand & Durban

We recently purchased our 1st Land Rover from MLR Durban and took delivery at MLR Westrand. The entire experience was shockingly pathetic. From blatant lies on the extra's 'already' on the vehicle, to the handover experience to us. We expected that for such an executive vehicle, the level of service would match. Unfortunatley with this experience I would NEVER recommend either of these dealerships to anyone, even though the vehicle itself, is worth it.
