Botched repairs and repeated re-repairs costing hundreds of thousands of rands!!!

Botched repairs and repeated re-repairs costing hundreds of thousands of rands!!! Audi Umhlanga management was unresponsive to the Motor Industry Ombudsman and the Ombudsman gave up! My case is with the National Consumer Council four years after the initial repair and the NCC won't give me any feedback. McCarthy claims to have lost records. Audi Umhlanga says the work was outsourced to McCarthy. Is there anyone who can assist me to get this matter handled and my money refunded?
