I still can't get Spare key of my car

I have had a bad experience with the dealer's sales manager Kristof, ***. I have bought my golf 7 GTI clubsport on the 27 October 2020. I have been emailing, sms, and whatsapp'ing him, he just ignore. all i want is the sparekey for the car. even today, i have no sparekey. Last time i went there, i had a chat to him by the dealer in May 2021, and he promised that before i relocate to Polokwane in limpopo, I would have my sparekey, until I relocated to Limpopo, since June, he never responded. It sounds like he cares about customers when they wanna buy car, but when we have complains and outstanding issues, he doesnt attend, especially african black customers.
