Worm in my vegetables

I always buy the Frozen Mixed Vegetables 1kg. Last night while eating dinner, I noticed there was a worm among the vegetables. This makes me question the cleaning process and sanitation when this food is being cleaned and packaged? I do have photo evidence of the worm in my dinner.
