Terrible consumer service

I bought McCain frozen vegetables at Shopmor in Springs on the 2nd of February 2019. On the 6th when we opened one bag to cook it we realised it smelled "off". We cooked a bit of it and found it to be very bad, the water was cloudy and smelled foul. We opened another bag to find the same problem. We also opened the bag of peas and again the same problem, the peas smelled sour. We had to throw all the vegetables away. I paid exhorbitant amounts for the vegetables at the shop, Garden Vegetables were R48.99, Country Vegetables were R47.99 and Baby Peas were R55.00. I only saw this at home after I had a chance to check my till slip. I sent an e-mail to McCain Consumer line on the 7th of February, attaching photos of the packs and vegetables in the cloudy water. I did not receive any response. I sent another e-mail on the 11th of February, still no reply.
