Rotten Chips

I have been trying to get hold of some at Mccain since the 28th of August 2019 - still no luck - i want answers... inside of a packet of Chips we found a big chunk of who knows what - and it smelled terrible!! All of the chips in the packet smelled bad. I have photos and the slip... i have emailed this to the consumer email address found at the back of the packet... i am still awaiting a response.
