Quality over Quantity

It is with great disappointment I write to you regarding a product I have purchased!!<br> <br> I purchased this product from a big supermarket in our area(Knowles Spar), i purchased a pack of \McCain Country Fresh Vegetables"and when i returned home to prepare supper to my surprise i find that out of a 250g packet the packet only contained half of the stipulated amount which I put on a scale and only weighed 137g.<br> Me being a Quality Manager i find it very UN-professional for a leading brand like yourself (So I thought!!) to let a packaged product like this leave your factory and get passed on to a consumers like myself.<br> <br> What quality checks do you have in place??? are you concentrating more on QUALITY OVER QUANTITY. This is just one of the products that is noticeable that the weight is incorrect what about your other products does it also rob consumers of the quantity stipulated on your label. <br> <br> I still have the pack sealed and un-touched for you to investigate this matter further. <br> <br> I feel like this will be the last time I purchase any McCain products after seeing all the complaints on HelloPeter.<br> <br> I hope i get a speedy response.<br> <br> Regards"
