Not enough chips?
<p>I'm running a cafe' and just starting using McCains fry chips 1kg .. we weigh chips when frozen 200g portions .. we always seem to come out at 940/950g . Is there a logical explanation for this please. </p>

McCain products are packed according to the highest specifications and have to comply with stringent quality control standards before they leave our factory.
