Mcdonald's Tsakane Mall nightmare

Hi I've been waiting in the drive through que for the past 52 minutes at Tsakane mall. This isn't the first time I experienced this here. I initially thought it was because the staff was relatively bew since it's been recently launched but it's been months now and nothing has changed.
