McCain Worm Infested Stir Fry

I purchased a pack of the McCain Asian Stirfry. I cooked a meal from it for a family of 4, placed the remainder sealed into my freezer. To my dismay, upon opening the package last Thursday 12/09/2019 I found the vegetable compartment which contained only the stir fry infested with worms. Opened the packet only to realise that my family had consumed contaminated/toxic food. Making contact with McCain hasn't been a pleasurable experience either as the "customer service" line constantly rings. Sent an email as per he packaging info, going on 6 days still no reply. I then decided to use social media of which a reply was received, only for them to request my contact details. To this date and hour nothing has been mailed and no contact made by them either
