McCain - South Africa Appalling Service

This email was sent to ********** on the 11.01.2019 and follow up emails and voice messages was sent, however no consumer care employee from McCain called or rep**** to my emails. (Appalling service) Please be informed that I purchased the McCain Slap Chips from the Pick n Pay Trade Route Mall In December 2018. The product does not conform to quality standards. The Chips after been fried still remains hard and raw on the edging. This has happened on three occasions. We have been using the Mccain product range for many years and to find this poor quality of chips is a concern. Please provide the corrective action that will be taken?
