Glass in Mccain creamed spinach

I have bitten on a piece of glass on Tuesday, 5 March 2024, last week that was in my creamed spinach. Mccain's first concern was to get the piece of glass away from me. I refused and let them know that my health was suppose to be their concern. They phoned once and said thay they would be in contact with me over the next couple of days. They never followed up. The emotional trauma I had to go through not knowing if I swallowed a piece of glass. Not knowing if I might be slowly bleeding to death. The distrust that any food might have glass in it. Me having a fear for food after the incident. Me waking up in the middle of the night with panic attacks. What are you going to do about it?
