GETTING SERVED OLD CHEESE

So this morning 22 January 2021, we stopped at Mc Donalds Woodlands Mall for a quick breakfast before work. My partner ordered a boerie breakfast bun and I ordered a regular cheese burger. As we drove out I took a bite of my cheese burger and it tasted like I bit into a piece of plastic. The cheese on the burger was so old and hard it looked like a piece of plastic! I was furious and asked how could they sell this to people, the manager simply asked to I want another burger or my money back. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! That was not acceptable, how on earth can you serve something like that to someone and just be so chilled that you made such a mistake!!!!
