bad product

i bought a few packets of sliced green beans and after cooking it for over forty five minutes the beans were as tough as leather and on closer inspection i found that the beans had no "meat" inside but just contained the outer shell of the beans. I tried to send a email to *** but the email was rejected by my gmail as not a valued address.
