Self leveling screed failed within one week!

I purchased a self leveling screed from MCC, no site inspection was done by MCC before application. We used the product which did NOT self level, it had to be spread and leveled manually and cracks started to appear in 3-4 days. after 7 days almost the whole floor (120 square meters) delaminated and failed. I had to remove the entire floor (came off with a shovel) and dump over R12 000 worth of MCC product. They are taking no responsibility and are no longer replying to my emails. There is a 5 year guarantee on their bags and MCC need to stand by their guarantee and give me full credit for their Sub B-grade product. I've found out that they have a history of failed floors in the industry and I am more than prepared to expose them further on any/all social media platforms and/or other legal avenues.<br> <br> Regards <br> Alexander Boele
