MCB Insurance Claims Administrators - DO YOU FOLLOW THE LAW?

I am currently in a dispute with MCB > http://mcb-claims.co.za regarding a 3RD Party claim for a Vehicle Accident. Not sure if these guys follow the law or even investigate claims/affidavits made by their clients. I am sure that integrating with the South African Police service on Motor Vehicle accidents should be a must! But they don't!!! I have been without a vehicle from August 2020 although I am innocent. I am a Layman but should you not use the same Affidavit for the police and a insurance claim > if it is different is this not *****???

Their negligence is costing so much trouble...
