Bad Service getting part for VW

Tried to get a small part and was told by service manager that there is stock in Durban. Was told delivery of 3 days. On 3rd day when I phoned the part had not even left Durban and it would take another 6 days to get. I was promised a call after 3 days to update me on status. Day 7 and I am still waiting
