I feel like I was conned into buying this property

bought a house at fountain head in blue downs,cape town with a loan from sa home loans. When I signed the otp no one took me to the site to see where my house will be and what space I will be having,and I am a first time home buyer so I didn't know that you must go to the site. When I saw the house on the plan I didn't see any problem because I thought it looks like other houses that have already been built even in terms of space in the yard.

Little I knew that I will be the only one with a yard that has no space not even space for a washing line,although I am paying the same price as people with open space in their yards.

I called the bank sa home loans to ask if they did come to evaluate the house because they way I see it's a loss for me.The value for this house is ranging from R150 000 to R180 000 although I bought the house for R380 000

I asked the developer Barbara if they can't extend my yard to get a washing line space,my kids can't even play outside the yard is too small,I was told that there is nothing that they can do about my property size.I am also not satisfied the fact that the bank approved this house on the evaluation but it cannot even be security property for them,this house is a loss to me,and the bank came to evaluate the house before it was even done.I feel like I was conned because now that they have handed the house to me,they don't care about my complaints. When I bought a house from this development I wanted a home but now I feel like I am living in a squatter camp because I have to hang my washing on the street,my kids must play on the street because there is no playing space for them.I can only have a small car because the parking space that is here can't fit a big car yet I bought this house for R380 000 and the resell value is less than what I spent.
