Very expensive subscription

Almost 70% increase on annual subscription year-on-year!!!!. Absolutely ridiculous, especially in current economic environment. No explanation for massive increase - just message that subscription has been deducted. Tried to contact them first, but website is very user unfriendly and very difficult to contact McAfee.
