Absolutely useless. They are so quick to deduct money, and take unauthorized renewal fees that are so expensive, and when you try to contact them NONE of the contact details work. I've resorted to their so-called HELP community forums and after over a week just keep getting useless badges but no real assistance in resolving a refund issue. Do not trust these people when it comes to your money.
