They shouldn't be in business

Useless. I have used this anti-virus for years. This week I bought a new license - and cannot get it to work at all. Even a computer technician couldn't get it to work. Wasted 1 hour on-line with McAfee (useless), then contacted the technician - who (with apologies) finally gave up. AND - don't try to cancel/ request refund there is NO WAY to do so. What a ****.
