THEY CHARGED AND DON'T DELIVER

March 26, 2015 I bought via internet a McAfee Virus programme. I could not install. I wrote a letter to their [Email Removed] email address. They gave me a ref no. ***. I phoned them and giving them the reference number. They put me through to a UK number. Their technician tried via team viewer to help me with the download of the programme, without success. I then wrote them a letter using the same reference number, that I want a refund. I have not heard from them. Then this year in February they debited my account with the renewal fee. I wrote again to the above email address. They rep**** for the first time and gave me a telephone number to contact for the refund and my ref for the second time was ***. When I spoke to the above supervisor and one of his employees, they recon that they cannot refund me, nor for the purchase of the program nor for the renewal. I would recommend that no-one support McAfee. They sell things that cannot be downloaded, nor do they send you a CD so ease the process...they only have the excuse that you the purchasers internet is too slow.
