Refund Request from McAfee

I have been using Mcafee antivirus protection from the 14 November 2019. All these years never had problems with them. My problems started last year when I got billed twice in month of October and later in November for the annual subscription renewal. I would receive an email reminding me to renew the subscription with an option to pay right away. I opted to pay them on the 11 October 2023 and amount was R1 754.94. Order Confirmation #CS*** for payment. Again on the 16 November 2023, funds were deducted from my account as I have my account loaded on their system. The amount deducted was R2 798.70. Payment reference was CS***. I tried to reach-out to the company with an email on 16 November 2023 (***) without success, until today I have not been reimbursed. Please assist!
