Password Reset process does not work!

I'm a new subscriber from South Africa and have trouble to retrieve my forgotten subscription account password following the required steps on the website. When I go to the Sign into your account page, enter my email address and click on forget password, it takes me to the next page that says Reset password. I enter my registered email address and click on the Email me button. Then I get to a page that says Check your inbox. Here is the problem: When I check my inbox and spam folders or any other folder on my email application I find no email from Mcafee containing a link to reset my password!! I checked Customer support to send me the link but I found nowhere an email address or something where I can send my complaint. Also I received no answer on my initial complaint for which I have a reference number.
