No support for South African Customers

Don't waste your time or money. Theres is no support in South Africa, none of the phone numbers work, which is the way their website says you have to get in contact. If you search around long enough you can find the online chat, which will take ages just o get a response. Auto-renew can and will pull from your account early and then you'll have to go through the massive rigmarole of getting a refund. I had better luck trying to get hold of the UK support line until my airtime ran out.
