No customer support

I am trying to cancel my subscription due for automatic renewal. The web page just keeps redirecting me to the same sequence of pages in a never ending circle. The process that the site describes does not exist. The renewal is quoted in $ but payable in ZAR!! A normal anti-virus package retails at about R350 vs the renewal of $99.99. The customer service number is reserved for corporates only and no email address appears to address this issue. In a nutshell - there is no customer support.
