McAfee very poor service.

McAfee's inability to provide pricing for renewal of anti-virus software is so annoying. Nowhere on any of their sites or platforms are any prices displayed for reference. It is almost impossible to communicate with them by email and they have ignored all my requests for pricing. All they have to do is clearly state their pricing and I would renew my subscription. They would rather force an automatic renewal system rather than provide a reasonable pricing policy. I would rather use a competitor than continue to do business with them.
