McAfee repeat Credit card deductions

Last year I paid for McAfee Antivirus using my credit card, via the internet. Yesterday, a year later they deducted R899.81 from my credit card, stating it is an automated renewal, and if I do not want the renewal, I must claim a refund. I had no knowledge of any auto renewal option, and would never selected such an option either.<br> I have subsequently installed another Antivirus program, and do not even use McAfee any longer.<br> It is however not possible to do a refund claim via E-mail, but only via a direct call to their help desk in Japan.<br> There are no SA number to contact Mcafee .<br> Beware paying McAfee using you Credit card via the internet, as they will abuse your credit card details, for annual renewals, without your permission !!
