Mcafee **********

Mcafee is deducting from my bank account but I don't have any products with them. This product came preinstalled with a Lenovo laptop purchased from Computer Mania. I canceled the subscription in August yet they are still deducting and these *&^&&%^ make it so difficult to contact them. When I finally got through to them they confirmed that they would refund me but they didn't and are still deducting.
