Mcafee Deducts money without warning and make it impossible to turn off!

Mcafee automatically deducted money from my credit card through their auto-renewal which they don't warn you about. Then when I tried to change the auto-renewal settings on their website for my account the website "can't display". This is the only website that "can't display". These people make it extremely difficult to take off auto renewal and to get a refund! On top of that, my PC was hacked with Mcafee installed! Terribly disappointing to say the least!
