MC Van Der Berg Attorneys - Not for first time buyers or sellers

Guys, if you ever need to buy or sell a house in PTA - stay clear of these people, especially if you are a new buyer of seller. The lawyers are so dismissive and rude, you have to constantly follow up with them to find out what must happen next - I know you emailed me, but I dont know what all of this means! Must I also now go study your laws??

Compared to the legal team that assisted me in buying the house, the MC guys who helped me sell it were absolutely terrible.
