Utterly Bad service from MC Tree Barber

Charles came and gave me a quotation to plant grass in my back yard. On 10 August 2021 a 70% deposit was paid to him, he said that the grass would be planted after 2 weeks. After 4 weeks a part of the lawn was planted with new grass. He said they will be back the next day to complete the work. After 2 more weeks and trying to reach Charles he said that the rest of the lawn would be planted by 20 September 2021, this after he got a new supplier for the grass. Today 21 September after about 20 phone calls to 2 different cell numbers of him I only get to voice mail each time. We are very disappointed in this service. We are waiting for almost 2 months now after paying the deposit for the lawn to be completed.
