"Hi, I'm Moses Matema Masilo. On 19 January 2024, I bought a 350sqm stand in Bloemfontein for R160000. The owner has passed on, and the children agreed to the sale. My agent was Mrs Siyasanga Qaqane, and we used Mc Tladi Baca Attorneys. After signing, Mc Tladi's secretary, Kele Smanga, asked to release funds to the seller. I later asked Mc Tladi about the deed transfer, and they said it couldn't be changed due to an indigent issue, expiring June 2025. They app**** for an Interdict title deed. When I contacted them in June 2025, I found out they had closed due to ***** cases. My file is missing, and LPC can't find it. Mc Tladi says they'll try to locate the seller and start over. What can I do to change the title deed?"
