Unreasonable debt collection practices

I personally visited their office looking for settlement amount which almost amounts toR100 000, I find them being unreasonable because when I ask discount they are only willing to give up to 10% and nothing more than that and I need 50% to be associated by the funder. They are depriving me an opportunity to them. I engaged with them several times promise to get back to me by Jereldin the Supervisor of Jaqueline whom is a debt collector agent she never reverted back to me and they are not willing to understand my situation instead they are saying in gonna be a loss on their site whilst the other party they are collecting for will be the only site benefiting. I find this situation frustrating, unreasonable and holding my progress more so with the intention to settle them. I am trying to restructure my finances in order to leave a healthy finance lifestyle. Please help hello peter.
