SIEMENS (MC)Repair

I will give them 1 * because thankfully they returned my machine but they caught me by reponding quickly and claiming to have the expertise to fix my SIEMENS IQ DRIVE 1500 washing machine.

They trade as SIEMENS (MC) REPAIRS CAPETOWN and the only contact number is +***0. SIEMENS TAKE NOTE and TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEM THEY ARE HURTING YOUR BRAND

the address is given 7 Victoria Rd, Camps Bay, Cape Town, 8005 but website states 21 humilton street Goodwood, which is actually Hamilton Street Goodwood

1. They are not a reputible service centre 2. They are very unreliable and disrespectfull . 3. They needed to take my machine to a workshop, BIG MISTAKE. 4. It was returned with a dent in the drum and clearly there something loose so their is absolutely no quality control. They persisted to argue when it was clear something was in fact loose when rotating the drum. They promised to replace the front rubber seal which was not done and misrepresented that had the item in stock and the cost of the item.at R489. This never happened. When questioned about the dent in the drum , they got very defensive and when the machine was finally returned , surprise , the dent was not there. Be wary of Mike , Calvin, Tino (Tenda) . I am requesting Siemens to do a complete check on the authenticity of the parts and repair they claim to have undertaken and then on the strength of that report I will decide on what action, if any, is to be taken. They misrepresented( as per the website)on whatsapp and invoiced for a call out fee , for "SMEG" front loader washing machine which thankfully I queried. Please consider carefully before using them. I have evidence to prove the above , these are not reputible technicians
