Stole our money and refuse to give our TV back

This man is taking people's money,said he fixed our Tv then we took it back the second time cause the same problem occurred.Then when he said we can collect our tv on thursday and he wasn't home that is when our problems started.He refuse to give our tv back unless we paid him R1020 and then yesterday I found out that he Blowed our tv and that there is now a second repairs man involved.He keep on lying to us and switches off his phone when my husband tries to phone him.His name is Morne Botha stays in Springs Geduld EastRand.He also works on cars and everything Electrical
