DO NOT LEASE FROM THEM - CAPE TOWN

<p>************!! The "Enquiries Administrator" who is named Gilly Hendricks but funnily enough has a north african accent is super rude! Once my application for a rental apartment was approved, he harrassed me on the phone for two days for me to pay my security deposit. I told him that I wanted to see/ sign the lease first and then I would make the payment bacause I was suspicious that the company bank details seemed like those for a personal account. We made an appointment for 9am this morning for me to meet the agent at the apartment complex. NOBODY showed up. When I called , GILLY - who seems to be the only person who works there - told me it was because they had not received payment. When I asked to speak to a manager he shouted at me asking why . After some back and forth and he said that the manager ("Hannah") was out of the office and when I asked for her email address he said they do not give out personal information and instead gave me his own email address. Nevermind the fact that a work email address is not personal information, there is never anyone else to talk to. The number that I have for the ownwer of the apartment now "does not exist". I'm glad I never gave them my hard earned money.</p>
