Bad service

I bought a vehicle from said company. I have issues with a sticky accellerator pedal and a worn steering wheel. They just told me that it is a used vehicle and that I must live with it. Also the indicator did not correct itself after you turn left. I would like to know how this went through roadworthy check. All I get is a very bad attitude from the owners son. Very dissapointed
