Nissan advertice WE KEEP PROMISES

I bought a Used Navara fro Mc M**** Nissan in Ermelo.I received it on the 17 December 2018. On collection my son went to take the vehicle and he showed the sales man Hein there were 2 scratches on the vehicle and the salesman said he will get it repaired in the new year for I went on vacation.When I returned in January I went to the dealer and spoke to the dealer princaple about the deal.He (Andre) and the salesman came to see me and we (Hein, Andre My Son And Myself discussed the scratces and had a look at the vehicle and they said they will repair the scratch and it will be fixed to my satesfaction. I had a phone call from Andre and I told him that my vehacle was still not repaired and mentioned that I am tinking of going to the Ombutsman which I did not do.My son took the vehicle to the dealer and told Hein the vehicle is there for the scratch repairs.I was on vacation and my son went back to the dealer on tuesday 9 April and got Andre there and he wasnt even aware that my vehicle was there for the scratches.Andre told my son that he thought I went to the ombuts man on which my son told him that he is sure that I did not report the matter and Andre said it does not matter he will get it fixed.I came back this morning and went to the dealer an found my vehicle wast repaired on which Andre had a bad attetude and came with a lot of excuses.He said he can fix the problem when ever he like on which I asked him when and he said he will decide it could be done in a years time for he doesnt care.I asked him for my keys of my vehicle and left.I think this is vary un professional and need some answeres from The director or Nissan SA
