Work poorly done

This company is doing storm damage claims for Absa clients. I had a claim for storm damage on my roof, ceiling and carport. The job was poorly done. I spoke to an Absa Rep, and was informed that they have already paid this company. We have done numerous calls to this company, The owner is coming up with excuse after excuse, but not coming out to my property to come fix the problem. First you must hear, the vehicle broke down, and now someone had to go to court and this is reasons for not attending to our problem, Very bad customer service, and this company should not be having a business to service. It is now more than a month that we have been struggling with this company.
